So, I've played through NeverWinterNights 2 recently, and there are dragons, in the original campaign and at least one of the expansions. Having seen them, it makes me wonder how hard it would actually be to make one, I shall endevour to try, so far I've got most of a head, no actual eyes but eye sockets are a start. I've only just done the horns so for what it's worth they're not considered finished just yet. No teeth just yet so consider him grandpa dragon.
Wouldn't it be funny if once I got around to trying to animate it to breathe fire and just having dentures fall out instead, when I think about it, dentures would be easier to do than a fire effect.
I've also taken a page out of Sniper's book and started rending my models using something other than the default settings, this not only looks much better but it makes this dragons head look more like a skull, toothless still but it does look much better, and as a standard the background of a pale blue will be used no more. The current state is starting to look quite good, set of teeth in his mouth and the start of a neck.
